Target Information
Anti-Goat 2차 항체는 염소 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성이 잘 확립된 친화 정제 항체입니다. 대상 단백질의 검출, 분리 또는 정제에 유용하며, HRP, AP, 형광 등 다양한 검출 시스템과 함께 사용할 수 있습니다. 또한 여러 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합하여 신호 증폭을 통해 민감도를 높일 수 있습니다. 대부분의 2차 항체는 표적 종의 면역글로불린 집합체로 면역한 후, 면역친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 표지 결합 등의 과정을 거쳐 높은 특이성과 안정성을 갖춘 시약으로 제작됩니다.
