이 항체는 cross-adsorbed 처리되어 닭, 인간, 생쥐, 돼지, 토끼 및 쥐에 대한 반응성이 최소화되어 있습니다.
Western blot 응용 시, 5% 탈지분유(non-fat dry milk)를 PBST 또는 TBST에서 블로킹 및 항체 반응에 사용하는 것이 권장됩니다. BSA는 권장되지 않습니다.

Target Information

Anti-Goat 2차 항체는 염소 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성을 갖는 친화 정제 항체로, 타겟 검출, 분류 또는 정제에 유용합니다.
2차 항체는 다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, fluorescence 등)에 적용 가능하며, 신호 증폭을 통해 높은 감도를 제공합니다.
