이 항체는 교차흡착(cross-adsorbed) 처리되어 닭, 인간, 생쥐, 돼지, 토끼, 쥐에 대한 비특이적 반응을 최소화합니다.
Western blot 실험 시, 5% 탈지우유(non-fat dry milk)를 PBST 또는 TBST에 사용하여 항체의 차단 및 반응을 수행하는 것이 권장됩니다. BSA는 사용을 권장하지 않습니다.
Target Information
Anti-Goat 2차 항체는 염소 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성을 가지며, 검출, 분리, 정제 등의 다양한 용도로 사용됩니다.
2차 항체는 다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, fluorescence 등)에 적용 가능하며, 여러 개의 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합할 수 있어 신호 증폭을 통한 높은 감도를 제공합니다.
일반적으로 대상 종의 면역글로불린을 이용해 숙주 동물을 면역화하여 생산하며, 면역친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 표지 결합 등으로 추가 정제 및 변형이 가능합니다.
