For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, an additional desalting step is recommended (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The CD70 protein is a cytokine belonging to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand family and serves as a ligand for TNFRSF27/CD27.
It is expressed on activated T and B lymphocytes but not on resting cells.
CD70 induces proliferation of costimulated T cells, enhances cytolytic T cell generation, and contributes to T cell activation.
It also plays roles in B-cell activation, NK cell cytotoxicity, and immunoglobulin synthesis.
