Heat-mediated antigen retrieval using a sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) is recommended for the staining of paraffin sections. PLP fixation is recommended for optimal results. For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 µL.
