Target Information
WWC1 (Protein KIBRA)는 Hippo/SWH 신호 경로의 조절자로 알려져 있으며, 세포 증식 억제와 세포 사멸 촉진을 통해 종양 억제에 중요한 역할을 합니다. WWC1은 NF2와 함께 LATS1 및 LATS2의 인산화를 유도할 수 있으며, ESR1의 전사 공동활성인자로 작용합니다. 또한 콜라겐에 의해 자극된 ERK/MAPK 경로의 활성화 조절에도 관여합니다.
