Product Specific Information
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and expressed, followed by screening to select optimal clones for production.

Target Information
DUSP6 (Dual Specificity Phosphatase 6) is part of the dual specificity phosphatase subfamily that inactivates target kinases by dephosphorylating phosphoserine/threonine and phosphotyrosine residues.
It negatively regulates MAP kinase family members (MAPK/ERK, SAPK/JNK, p38), which are involved in cellular proliferation and differentiation.
DUSP6 inactivates ERK2 and is expressed in various tissues, with highest levels in heart and pancreas. Unlike most other family members, it is localized in the cytoplasm. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
