- In direct ELISAs, less than 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Glypican 3 was observed.
- Less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Glypican 2, Glypican 5, and Glypican 6 was observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
Glypican 3 (GPC3) is a cell surface proteoglycan bearing heparan sulfate, involved in growth modulation of mesodermal tissues and organs. It may regulate IGF2 receptor interactions and influence cell division and tumor predisposition. Mutations in GPC3 cause Simpson-Golabi-Behmel syndrome (SGBS), characterized by pre- and postnatal overgrowth with visceral and skeletal anomalies.
