Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Siglec-5 is observed.
- Less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhSiglec-2, rhSiglec-3, rhSiglec-7, rhSiglec-9, and recombinant mouse Siglec-F.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level < 0.10 EU per 1 µg of antibody (LAL method).
Target Information
SIGLECs are members of the immunoglobulin superfamily expressed on the cell surface. Most SIGLECs possess cytoplasmic immune receptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motifs (ITIMs). They are typically expressed on innate immune cells, except SIGLEC6, which is expressed on B cells.
