Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Polymorphisms in this protein are associated with circadian rhythm sleep disorders.
In mice, a homologous protein functions as a circadian regulator and transcription factor, forming a heterodimer with aryl hydrocarbon receptor nuclear translocator-like to activate transcription of mouse period 1.
