Target Information
RSPO1 is a member of the R-spondin family encoding a secreted activator protein with two cysteine-rich, furin-like domains and one thrombospondin type 1 domain.
In mice, RSPO1 induces rapid crypt cell proliferation and enhances intestinal epithelial healing, offering protection against chemotherapy-induced damage.
