Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform additional desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The CLOCK gene encodes a basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) transcription factor involved in circadian rhythm regulation. Polymorphisms are associated with sleep disorders. In mice, CLOCK forms a heterodimer with ARNTL to regulate transcription of Period 1.
