- Mouse anti-Human HLA ABC antibody, clone W6/32는 HLA A, B, C 좌위의 공통 항원 결정기를 인식합니다.
- W6/32 클론은 HLA class I α2 및 α3 도메인에 존재하는 구조적 에피토프를 인식합니다.
Target Information
HLA-class I 주요 조직적합성 복합체(MHC) 항원은 모든 핵이 있는 세포에서 발현되는 막관통형 당단백질로, 불변의 β2-마이크로글로불린과 비공유 결합 형태로 존재합니다.
이들은 세포독성 T세포에 의해 인식되는 외래 항원을 제시하여 항바이러스 및 항종양 면역 방어에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
HLA-class I 항원에는 HLA-A, HLA-B, HLA-C 분자가 포함되며, HLA 및 MHC 항체는 면역펩티돔 분석(Immunopeptidomics)에서 신항원(neoantigen) 식별 및 특성화에 활용됩니다.
