Product Specific Information

Description:
The GIGD7 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains (TIGIT, VSTM3, WUCAM), a 26 kDa protein belonging to the poliovirus receptor (PVR) family. In mice, TIGIT expression is observed in follicular T helper cells, while in humans it is found on NK cells, regulatory T cells, follicular T helper cells, memory CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. It is not expressed on B cells or naive CD4+ T cells. TIGIT expression increases upon CD4+ T cell activation.

TIGIT interacts with PVR family members such as CD155, mediating communication between NK/T cells and antigen-presenting cells, fibroblasts, or endothelial cells expressing PVR-like proteins.

Applications Reported:
Suitable for flow cytometric analysis.

Applications Tested:
Tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes. Use ≤ 0.5 µg per test (100 µL final volume). Optimal titration is recommended.

Fluorochrome Information:
Brilliant Violet™ 650 (BV650) emits at 649 nm and is excited by a 405 nm violet laser. Ensure instrument compatibility.

Buffer Recommendations:
When using multiple Brilliant Violet™ or polymer dye-conjugated antibodies, use:

• Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401-42)
• Brilliant Stain Buffer™ (Product # 00-4409-75)

Light Sensitivity:
BV650 is sensitive to photo-induced oxidation. Protect from light.

Fixation:
Samples can be stored in:

• IC Fixation Buffer (Product # 00-8222-49)
• 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product # 00-5333-54)
  for up to 3 days at 4°C in the dark with minimal signal loss. BV650 is not compatible with methanol-based fixation.

Target Information
