IHC (Paraffin) 권장 조건:
열 항원 회수(sodium citrate), 단일클론 항체 1시간/실온 반응, DAB 검출.
Target Information
HLA-E는 HLA Class I 중쇄 패밀리에 속하며, 중쇄와 β2-microglobulin으로 구성된 이합체입니다.
중쇄는 막에 고정되어 있으며, 다른 Class I 분자의 리더 펩타이드에서 유래한 제한된 펩타이드 서브세트를 결합합니다.
중쇄는 약 45 kDa이며, 8개의 엑손을 포함합니다.

- Exon 2–3: α1, α2 도메인 (펩타이드 결합 부위)
- Exon 4: α3 도메인
- Exon 5: 막관통 영역
