• Reconstitution: Add 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL of double distilled water (DDW) depending on the sample size.
• The antibody ships as lyophilized powder at room temperature.
• Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
• After reconstitution, store at 4°C for up to 1 week.
• For long-term storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C.
• Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
• Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

This gene encodes a protein associated with adenosine triphosphatases (ATPases). Proton-translocating ATPases are essential for:

• Energy conservation
• Secondary active transport
• Acidification of intracellular compartments
• Cellular pH homeostasis

There are three classes of ATPases: F, P, and V. The vacuolar (V-type) ATPases contain a transmembrane proton-conducting sector and an extramembrane catalytic sector. The encoded protein is associated with the transmembrane sector of the V-type ATPases.
