Reconstitution: Add 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
The antibody ships lyophilized at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

Adrenergic receptors (ARs) belong to the 7-transmembrane domain G-protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) superfamily, binding endogenous catecholamines epinephrine and norepinephrine.
They exhibit significant heterogeneity, with nine known subtypes:

• Alpha-1 ARs: 1A/D, 1B, 1C
• Alpha-2 ARs: 2A, 2B, 2C
• Beta ARs: 1, 2, 3

ARs are implicated in various disease states including hypertension, cardiac dysfunction (e.g., heart failure, ischemia, arrhythmias), diabetes, glaucoma, depression, and impotence.
