- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직의 염색 시, 10 mM Tris 및 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 열처리 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각합니다.
Target Information
Alpha-1-Antitrypsin (Alpha-1-AT)은 간에서 합성되며, trypsin, elastase, chymotrypsin, collagenase, leucocytic proteases, plasmin, thrombin 등 다양한 프로테아제를 억제합니다. Alpha-1-AT 결핍 시 이러한 효소들이 폐 실질을 분해할 수 있으며, 만성 폐쇄성 폐질환(emphysema) 및 드물게 유아 간경변증과 신생아 호흡곤란 증후군과 관련됩니다. Alpha-1-AT 수치는 조직 괴사나 염증 시 급성기 반응으로 상승하며, 류마티스 관절염, 세균 감염, 혈관염, 암종증 등에서 증가할 수 있습니다.
