They consist of multiple recombinant monoclonal antibodies, combining polyclonal sensitivity with monoclonal specificity and recombinant consistency. Each lot contains a known mixture of light and heavy chains, ensuring reproducibility and eliminating biological variability.

Target Information
CCL4 (macrophage inflammatory protein 1-beta, MIP1B) belongs to the intercrine beta (chemokine CC) family. It plays roles in chemotaxis, inflammation, and immune homeostasis. CCL4 is produced by macrophages upon stimulation by bacterial endotoxins and recruits inflammatory cells to sites of infection. It is expressed by lymphocytes, macrophages, and dendritic cells.
CCL4 and CCL3 regulate trafficking and activation of inflammatory cells in response to pathogens. CCL4 selectively attracts CD4+ lymphocytes, while CCL3 attracts CD8+ lymphocytes. Both are chemoattractants for B cells, eosinophils, and dendritic cells.
The processed form of CCL4 can down-modulate CCR5 receptor expression, inhibiting CCR5-mediated HIV-1 entry into T cells. CCL4 binds with high affinity to CCR5 receptors.
