For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

CD99 (E2, MIC2) is a transmembrane glycoprotein involved in regulating T cell adhesive properties and a programmed cell death pathway distinct from typical apoptosis.
Its roles are specific to certain stages of T cell differentiation, such as corticothymocytes.
The CD99R isoform is expressed in the hematopoietic system, primarily in T, NK, and myeloid cells.
