Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The KRT20 gene encodes a member of the keratin family, which are intermediate filament proteins contributing to epithelial cell structural integrity. Cytokeratin 20 is a type I acidic keratin, mainly expressed in mature enterocytes and goblet cells of the gastric and intestinal mucosa. The type I cytokeratin genes are located in the chromosome region 17q12–q21.
