Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional round of desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
CD99 (E2, MIC2) is a transmembrane glycoprotein involved in regulating T cell adhesive properties and programmed cell death distinct from typical apoptosis.
Its expression is specific to certain stages of T cell differentiation such as corticothymocytes.
The CD99R isoform is restricted in the hematopoietic system to T, NK, and myeloid cells.
