본 항체는 정제된 사람 유래 알파-1-안티트립신(serum 또는 plasma 유래)을 면역원으로 사용하여 산양에서 생산되었습니다. 항원 결합 아가로스 비드를 이용한 친화 크로마토그래피로 정제되었으며, 항체 농도는 280 nm에서의 흡광도(1.4 = 1.0 mg IgG)로 측정되었습니다.
Target Information
Alpha-1-Antitrypsin(Alpha-1-AT)은 간에서 합성되며, 트립신, 엘라스타제, 키모트립신, 콜라게나제, 류코시트 프로테아제, 플라스민, 트롬빈 등 다양한 프로테아제의 억제제로 작용합니다. Alpha-1-AT 결핍 시 이러한 효소들이 억제되지 않아 폐 실질 조직이 손상될 수 있습니다. 결핍은 만성 폐쇄성 폐질환(폐기종) 및 영아 간경변, 신생아 호흡곤란 증후군과 관련이 있습니다. Alpha-1-AT는 조직 괴사 및 염증 반응 시 급성기 단백질로 증가하며, 류머티즘 관절염, 세균 감염, 혈관염, 암 전이 시 혈청 농도가 상승할 수 있습니다.
