Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Target Information
CD45 (LCA, leukocyte common antigen)은 모든 핵을 가진 조혈세포에서 발현되는 수용체형 단백질 티로신 인산화효소(PTP)입니다. 림프구 표면 단백질의 약 10%를 차지하며, 비조혈세포에서는 발현되지 않습니다.
CD45는 림프구 발달과 항원 신호 전달에 중요한 역할을 하며, Src-family kinase를 조절하는 주요 인자입니다. 다양한 isoform이 존재하며, 세포 유형과 생리적 상태에 따라 발현이 달라집니다.
T세포 및 B세포 항원 수용체 신호 조절, JAK kinase 억제, 세포 생존 및 면역 기능 조절 등 다양한 생리적 과정에 관여합니다.
