- 본 항체는 Rat 또는 Rhesus Monkey와 반응하지 않습니다.
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed) 시, 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직 염색 시, 10 mM Tris / 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후, 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 전처리를 권장합니다.
Target Information
CD45RB는 receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase로, CD45 glycoprotein 계열에 속합니다. CD45는 림프구 발달과 항원 신호전달에서 중요한 역할을 하며, Src-family kinase를 조절하여 세포 생존 및 integrin 매개 신호전달을 조절합니다. 또한 세포자멸사(apoptosis) 과정에서 DNA 절편화에도 관여합니다.
CD45의 다양한 isoform은 세포 유형 및 생리적 상태에 따라 발현이 달라지며, CD45RB는 미세아교세포와 염증세포에서 발현됩니다.
CD45는 성숙 적혈구를 제외한 인간 조혈계 세포에서 발현됩니다.
