Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Target Information
CD45 (LCA, leukocyte common antigen)은 모든 핵이 있는 조혈세포에서 보편적으로 발현되는 수용체형 단백질 티로신 인산화효소(PTP)입니다. 림프구 표면 단백질의 약 10%를 차지하며, 비조혈세포 계열에서는 발현되지 않습니다.
이 당단백질은 림프구 발달과 항원 신호전달에 중요한 역할을 하며, Src-family kinase의 조절자 역할을 합니다.
CD45 단백질은 대체 스플라이싱으로 인해 여러 이소폼 형태로 존재하며, 세포 유형 및 생리적 상태에 따라 발현 양상이 다릅니다.
또한 T세포 및 B세포 수용체 신호전달을 조절하고, JAK kinase 억제, 세포 생존 촉진, integrin 매개 신호전달, 세포사멸 및 면역 기능 조절에 관여합니다.
