Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, an additional desalting step is recommended (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

This gene encodes a thyroid-specific transcription factor that binds to the thyroglobulin promoter and regulates thyroid-specific gene expression. It also influences genes involved in morphogenesis.
Mutations or deletions in this gene are linked to benign hereditary chorea, choreoathetosis, congenital hypothyroidism, neonatal respiratory distress, and potentially thyroid cancer.
Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
