Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
RORA is a receptor for retinoic acid belonging to the NR1 subfamily of nuclear hormone receptors. It binds as a monomer or homodimer to retinoic acid response elements, regulating gene expression and cell function.
RORA interacts with NM23-2, NM23-1, CDK7, NCOA3, and NCOA6 coactivators. It is expressed in mesenchymal stem cells derived from bone marrow and is involved in bone matrix modulation.
Widely expressed across tissues, chromosomal aberrations involving RORA may be associated with acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL).
