Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The CNN2 gene encodes a protein capable of binding actin, calmodulin, troponin C, and tropomyosin. It may contribute to the structural organization of actin filaments and play roles in smooth muscle contraction and cell adhesion. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified for this gene.
