For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) family includes PDGF-A, PDGF-B, PDGF-C, and PDGF-D. PDGF members form disulphide-bonded dimeric isoforms that regulate growth and survival in connective tissue cells.
PDGF-D, secreted as a disulphide-linked homodimer (PDGF-DD), promotes tumor growth by enhancing cell proliferation and neovascularization. It may contribute to brain and prostate cancer development. PDGF-D is expressed in fibroblastic adventitial cells, endothelial cells, and various tumor cell lines (ovarian, renal, lung, astrocytoma, medulloblastoma) and in the human kidney.
