이 goat anti-mouse IgG polyclonal 항체는 mouse IgG의 heavy 및 light chain과 반응하며, human, rat, bovine, goat, hamster, rabbit 단백질과의 교차 반응은 최소화되어 있습니다. IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3 및 일부 IgM에 대한 반응성이 확인되었습니다.
F(ab`)2 fragment 형태로 Fc 영역이 제거되어 Fc-매개 결합 문제를 줄여줍니다.
