Target Information
TBR2는 T-box라는 공통 DNA 결합 도메인을 공유하는 보존된 단백질 패밀리의 구성원입니다. T-box 유전자는 발달 과정의 조절에 관여하는 전사 인자를 암호화합니다. 마우스에서 유사 단백질이 결손될 경우 영양막 발달 및 원시선 형성에 필수적임이 보고되었습니다. TBR2는 뇌 발달에서 중요한 역할을 하며, 대뇌피질 내 중간 전구세포의 명세화 및 증식에 필요합니다.
