For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Receptor-tyrosine-kinase-like orphan receptor 1 (ROR1) is a tumor-associated surface protein mainly expressed during embryogenesis, playing roles in organ morphogenesis, nervous system development, and neural progenitor maintenance.
It is virtually absent from normal adult tissues except for low-level expression in immature B cell precursors and adipocytes.
ROR1 is overexpressed in several malignancies, including chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), marginal zone lymphoma, and lung adenocarcinoma.
Identified in neuroblastoma cell lines, ROR1 was classified as an orphan receptor until Wnt-5a was suggested as a ligand.
ROR1 functions as a pseudokinase, promoting proliferation and apoptosis resistance via Wnt-5a interaction and TCL1-mediated AKT activation.
It is expressed as a glycoprotein with extracellular Ig-like, Frizzled, and Kringle domains, and an intracellular tyrosine kinase domain.
