Product Specific Information
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
CD20은 인산화 정도에 따라 33–37 kDa의 분자량을 가지는 비당화 표면 인산단백질입니다. 성숙 B세포 및 대부분의 악성 B세포, 일부 T림프구, 여포 수지상세포에 발현됩니다.
CD20은 세포막 칼슘 전도, 세포 주기 진행, B세포 증식을 조절하며, BCR과의 상호작용을 통해 세포 표면에서 안정적으로 유지됩니다.
CD20은 대부분의 B세포 악성종에서 높은 수준으로 발현되며, 항체 치료 시 내부화되거나 탈락하지 않아 항체 매개 B세포 제거의 유용한 표적입니다.
CD20 기능 이상은 Ms4a1 관련 공통 가변 면역결핍증과 연관이 있습니다.
