활성형 CDC42 및 RAC1과 결합하면 구조적 변화와 자가 인산화를 유도하며, 세포 생존과 성장에 기여합니다.
PAK 단백질은 Rho GTPase를 세포골격 재구성 및 핵 신호전달과 연결하는 주요 효과기로 작용합니다.
