This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%) to avoid contamination.
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

This antibody has specificity for Human Endoglin/CD105.
Target Information
CD105 (Endoglin) is a Type I transmembrane protein highly expressed on human vascular endothelial cells. It forms an O- and N-glycosylated homodimer. Upregulation of CD105 expression is observed in tumor vasculature and proliferating cells, indicating its role as a proliferation-associated endothelial marker. CD105 binds to TGF-β1 and TGF-β3 with high affinity but not to TGF-β2.
