Target Information
KLF10은 Sp1 C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family에 속하는 핵 단백질로, 세포 성장 조절에 관여하는 전사 억제 인자입니다.
TGF-beta에 의해 유도되며, 세포 성장 및 사멸(apoptosis) 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
대부분의 조직에서 광범위하게 발현되며, 특정 암종(예: 신장 투명세포암)과 관련된 과발현이 보고되었습니다.
