Goat anti-mouse IgG polyclonal antibody는 mouse IgG의 heavy 및 light chain에 반응하며, human, rat, bovine, goat, hamster, rabbit 혈청 단백질과의 교차 반응은 최소화되어 있습니다. IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3뿐 아니라 일부 IgM에도 반응합니다.
이 항체는 Fc 영역이 제거된 F(ab`)2 fragment 형태로, Fc 매개 결합에 의한 비특이적 결합을 줄여줍니다.

각 제품에는 NovaFluor conjugate 1 vial과 CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer 1 vial이 포함됩니다.

  • Flow cytometry: ≤ 0.5 µg/test
  • IHC (FFPE): ≤ 10 µg/mL

주의: NovaFluor 염료는 DNA intercalating viability dyes(예: PI, 7-AAD, DAPI)와 호환되지 않습니다. Invitrogen LIVE/DEAD Fixable Dead Cell stains 사용을 권장합니다.

CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer (Cat. No. C001T06F01)는 NovaFluor conjugate 염색 시 필수적으로 사용해야 하며, 항체 칵테일에 5 µL/sample을 첨가하여 사용합니다.

NovaFluor conjugate는 Phiton™ 기술 기반으로, 형광 신호의 spillover 및 spread 영향을 최소화하도록 설계된 새로운 핵산 염료 구조를 사용합니다.

Target Information

Anti-Mouse secondary antibody는 mouse immunoglobulin을 특이적으로 인식하도록 정제된 항체로, 검출, 분리, 정제 등에 사용됩니다.
다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, fluorescence 등)과 호환되며, 신호 증폭을 통해 감도를 향상시킬 수 있습니다.
일반적으로 target species의 immunoglobulin pool을 이용해 host animal을 면역화하여 생산하며, 추가 정제 및 라벨링 과정을 거쳐 높은 특이성을 제공합니다.
