Product Specific Information

이 항체는 마우스 IgG의 heavy 및 light chain에 반응하며, 인간, 랫, 소, 염소, 햄스터, 토끼 혈청 단백질에 대한 교차 반응은 최소화되어 있습니다.
IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3에 반응하며 일부 IgM과도 반응합니다.
F(ab`)2 fragment 형태로 Fc 영역이 제거되어 Fc 매개 결합 문제를 줄입니다.

• 구성품: NovaFluor 결합 항체 1 vial, CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer 1 vial 포함
• 검증 용도: Flow cytometry 분석용으로 검증됨
• 권장 사용량: ≤0.5 µg/test (Flow Cytometry), ≤10 µg/mL (IHC)
