While functionally similar to polyclonal antibodies—recognizing multiple epitope sites and providing higher detection sensitivity for low-abundance targets—each recombinant rabbit Superclonal™ antibody has a defined mixture of light and heavy chains, ensuring consistent production across lots.

Target Information

CCL22 may play a role in the trafficking of activated/effector T-lymphocytes to inflammatory sites and other aspects of activated T-lymphocyte physiology. It is chemotactic for monocytes, dendritic cells, and natural killer cells. CCL22 acts as a mild chemoattractant for primary activated T-lymphocytes and a potent chemoattractant for chronically activated T-lymphocytes, but has no activity for neutrophils, eosinophils, or resting T-lymphocytes. Binds to CCR4.
