Target Information
Phospholamban (PLB)은 심근 세포의 근소포체(SR) 내 칼슘 펌프를 조절하는 52개 아미노산으로 구성된 인산화 단백질입니다.
PLB는 5개의 동일한 서브유닛으로 이루어진 올리고머이며, 각각 세포질 도메인(1–25번 잔기)과 막관통 도메인(25–52번 잔기)을 가집니다.
세포질 도메인은 인산화 부위를 포함하며 단백질분해효소에 의해 쉽게 절단되고, 막관통 도메인은 소수성이며 프로테아제 저항성을 가져 펜타머 구조를 안정화합니다.
