• Low-endotoxin, preservative-free formulation (Endotoxin < 0.01 EU/µg).
• For FACS analysis: use 10 µL of working dilution to label 1×10^6 cells in 100 µL.
• Rat anti-Mouse CD200R antibody, clone OX-110 recognizes mouse CD200R, a cell surface glycoprotein (OX2R).

Target Information

CD200R (OX2R) is a receptor for the OX-2 membrane glycoprotein. Both receptor and substrate are cell surface glycoproteins containing two immunoglobulin-like domains.
CD200R is mainly expressed on myeloid lineage cells and may function as a myeloid downregulatory signal.
In mouse, CD200R is expressed by peripheral blood monocytes, neutrophils, and other leukocytes including T-lymphocytes and mast cells.
Alternative splicing of CD200R results in multiple transcript variants.
Diseases associated with CD200R dysfunction include primary hypertrophic osteoarthropathy.
