Target Information
MARK2는 세포 극성(cell polarity) 및 미세소관 안정성 조절에 관여하는 세린/트레오닌 단백질 키나아제입니다.
인간 EMK1 단백질은 두 가지 아이소폼으로 존재하며, 162-bp 대체 엑손의 존재 여부에 따라 구분됩니다.
두 형태 모두 여러 세포주 및 조직에서 함께 발현되며, 단일 mRNA로부터 전사됩니다.
