Target Information
Integrin-linked kinase (ILK)은 β1 integrin의 세포질 도메인과 상호작용하는 serine/threonine 단백질 키나아제로, 세포외기질 신호의 전달과 세포 내 신호전달 조절에 관여합니다. 이 단백질은 4개의 ankyrin-like repeat를 포함하며, integrin 매개 신호전달을 조절하는 근접 수용체 키나아제로 작용합니다. 다양한 스플라이싱 변이체가 보고되어 있으며, 동일한 단백질을 암호화합니다.
