CD186 (CXCR6)는 G 단백질 연결 케모카인 수용체로, HIV 및 SIV의 세포 수용체 중 하나로 알려져 있습니다.
CD186은 NKT 세포, 활성화 및 메모리 T 세포 하위군, 일부 형질세포에서 발현됩니다.
마우스 간 NK 세포에서는 CD186이 발현되지만, 비활성 또는 비장 NK 세포에서는 발현되지 않습니다.
CD186의 리간드 CXCL16은 대식세포, 수지상세포, 간 내피세포에서 발현됩니다.
NKT 세포에서 높은 발현을 보이기 때문에, CD186은 이 세포 아형의 표지자로 자주 사용됩니다.
