Target Information
NUCB2는 칼슘 결합 단백질로 처음 확인되었으며, 성장 억제 단백질인 Necdin과 결합할 수 있습니다. 주로 신경세포에서 발현되며, Nesfatin-1, Nesfatin-2, Nesfatin-3으로 절단되어 분비됩니다. Nesfatin-1은 렙틴 비의존적으로 식욕을 억제하며, NUCB2/Nesfatin-1은 에너지 항상성과 신경내분비 기능 조절에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
