Target Information
Annexin V 단백질은 칼슘 의존성 인지질 결합 단백질인 annexin 패밀리에 속하며, 세포 내외막 관련 과정(예: 분비 및 내포작용)에 관여합니다.
Annexin 5는 phospholipase A2 및 protein kinase C 억제 단백질로, 칼슘 채널 활성을 가지며 세포 신호전달, 염증, 성장 및 분화에 관여할 수 있습니다.
또한 placental anticoagulant protein I, vascular anticoagulant-alpha, endonexin II, lipocortin V, placental protein 4, anchorin CII 등의 이름으로도 알려져 있습니다.
이 유전자는 약 29 kb, 13개의 엑손을 포함하며 약 1.6 kb의 전사체와 약 35 kDa의 단백질을 생성합니다.
