Target Information
APOBEC3B 유전자는 cytidine deaminase 유전자군에 속하며, 염색체 22에 위치한 7개의 관련 유전자 또는 유사유전자 클러스터 중 하나입니다. 이 클러스터의 구성원들은 RNA 편집 효소 APOBEC1과 구조적·기능적으로 유사하며, RNA 편집 및 세포 성장, 세포 주기 조절에 관여할 것으로 추정됩니다.
APOBEC3B와 인접한 APOBEC3A 사이의 약 29.5 kb 결실로 인해 하이브리드 유전자가 형성되며, 해당 결실 대립유전자는 APOBEC3A의 프로모터 및 코딩 영역과 APOBEC3B의 3' UTR을 포함합니다. 두 가지 다른 아이소폼을 암호화하는 전사 변이체가 보고되었습니다.
