Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
SAPAP1 is part of the postsynaptic scaffold in neuronal cells. It binds the guanylate kinase-like domain of the PSD-95 family of synaptic ion channel clustering proteins and may play a role in protein–protein interactions at the synaptic junction.
