Target Information
EIF2AK1 (HRI)는 eIF2-alpha의 Ser51을 인산화하는 4가지 키나아제 중 하나로, 다양한 환경적 스트레스에 반응하여 단백질 합성을 감소시킵니다.
HRI의 신호 전달은 낮은 heme 수준에서 시작되며, heme 존재 시 억제됩니다.
HRI 유전자는 염색체 7p22에 위치하며, JTV1 유전자와 3’ 말단이 약간 겹칩니다. 두 유전자는 반대 방향으로 전사됩니다.
